Evicted Big Brother Naija Season 10 housemate, Kuture, has opened up on how he managed stress during his time in the house.
In his post-eviction interview, Kuture explained that he deliberately used parties as an outlet for his emotions rather than clashing with fellow housemates.
“I channel all my free time and energy to parties. Instead of letting out my anger on any housemate, I let it out through excitement. So it’s all energy Thursday and Saturday, Aura for Aura.”
“No matter how stressful the day or the week may be, I just be like, no worry, Thursday and Saturday go still come.” He said.
