Wizkid, Asake, and Tyla have been announced as the first headliners for Afro Nation Portugal 2026. The festival will take place from July 3rd to 5th, 2026, in the beautiful coastal area of The Algarve. Known as the world’s biggest Afrobeats festival, it’s set to feature a strong lineup of top artists.
Joining them on the star-studded bill are fan favorites like Olamide, Darkoo, and Young Jonn.
American rap star Gunna will also perform as a special guest at Afro Nation for the first time, bringing his well-known trap music style to the stage. Interestingly, he has already worked with all three headliners: “Forever Be Mine” with Wizkid, “Satisfaction” with Asake, and “Jump” with South Africa’s Tyla.
This announcement comes after the huge success of the 2025 edition, which had unforgettable performances from stars like Burna Boy, Davido, and Tems. It confirmed Afro Nation Portugal as one of the world’s best summer music festivals.
