A chat between a Master of Ceremony (MC) and a young Nigerian woman, Mirian Chinonso Sunday, who tragically passed away just two days before her wedding, has surfaced online.
According to reports from GistReel, Mirian experienced severe chest pain while on her way to the market. She was immediately taken to the Federal Medical Centre (FMC) Umuahia, where doctors worked to stabilize her condition. It was revealed that she suffered internal bleeding, which necessitated emergency surgery. Despite medical efforts, she unfortunately did not survive.
The conversation, dated June and July 2025, shows Mirian informing the MC about the rescheduling of her wedding. Due to persistent rainfall, she explained that the ceremony would now take place on October 5, 2025. In the chat, she wrote:
“Good evening boss. We shifted the date because of the everyday rain. It will now be on the 5th of October.”
Evergreen Emmanuel, the MC identified on Facebook, responded:
“Alright dear, keep me posted.”
Evergreen Emmanuel later paid tribute to Mirian, expressing deep sorrow over the untimely loss.
