In other news…. A viral video has captured the aftermath of an alleged theft aboard an Abuja-bound flight.

According to reports, a male passenger was caught stealing from another traveler, causing the plane to be delayed for about 20 minutes.

Witnesses claimed the suspect took a bag containing ₦290,000 from the overhead compartment. The rightful owner, identified as a white man, raised an alarm after noticing his luggage was missing.

A female passenger who reportedly saw the suspect move the bag pointed him out, leading to a search. The missing cash was allegedly found in his possession.

Airport security officials later escorted the suspect off the plane, as seen in the circulating video.

A businesswoman who earlier narrated the incident said it happened on the morning of Wednesday, October 8, noting that the suspect boarded with only a bag and a shirt.
