Dave Grohl and Jordyn Blum were seen together in a rare joint public outing following the baby revelation that rocked their 21-year marriage.
On Saturday, Oct. 18, the Foo Fighters frontman, 56, and former television producer, 49, attended the Hope The Mission and Los Angeles Mission Present Hope in The City Of Angels charity gala at BMO Stadium in Los Angeles.
The fundraiser to support the homeless was the first time that the couple posed together on a red carpet at a formal event since it was revealed that Grohl welcomed a fourth child “outside of [his] marriage” in September 2024.
Blum opted for a belted mini-dress and sandals with her hair in a stylish up-do, while Grohl coordinated in an all-black suit.

A video shared on a Foo Fighters fan Instagram account captured the moment Grohol was honored at the event for his volunteer work in Los Angeles. He also pledged a financial contribution to the non-profit organization and auctioned off handwritten lyrics.
Prior to the fundraiser, Grohl and Blum were last seen together in public at the 2025 Wimbledon Tennis Championships in July.

The couple share three daughters: Violet Maye, Harper Willow, and Ophelia Saint. In September 2024, Grohl announced on Instagram that he welcomed a fourth daughter with a woman outside of his marriage.
“I’ve recently become the father of a new baby daughter, born outside of my marriage,” he wrote. “I plan to be a loving and supportive parent to her. I love my wife and my children, and I am doing everything I can to regain their trust and earn their forgiveness.”

“We’re grateful for your consideration toward all the children involved as we move forward together,” Grohl concluded.
The news sparked rumors the pair were headed for a split and a source told PEOPLE at the time that the rocker retained a divorce attorney before announcing the news. Multiple sources also told PEOPLE at the time that Blum, co-founder of an interior design firm, had known “for a while” about the baby.
“She was shocked when she found out about the baby. Her friends are like family, and they rallied around her,” a friend of Blum said at the time.
However, by November of that year, PEOPLE learned that they were working towards reconciling.
“It was just such a shock for Jordyn. Her first instinct was that she wanted a divorce. The betrayal felt too heavy,” an insider said. “But as weeks passed, she got some space to think and it just felt very sad to her if the family would split up.”
A source also told PEOPLE in September, one year after Grohl announced the news, that the couple were “very happy.”
“She’s forgiven him,” the source says of Blum. “They never wanted a divorce though — the idea of splitting up their family was too sad for both of them. They love their girls and they’re both great parents.”
Blum “was initially distraught, but the betrayal was painful for both of them,” and Grohl “felt terrible and begged her to forgive him,” the insider says. Plus, they add, Blum is “surrounded by friends who believe in marriage and encouraged her to fight for it.”
“They’re very happy now,” the source says. “She feels it was all worth fighting for.”
