Giuffre, who died from suicide in April at the age of 41, wrote an emotional autobiography titled Nobody’s Girl: A Memoir of Surviving Abuse and Fighting for Justice before her untimely passing. The memoir, which is released today, recalls the horrors she suffered at the hands of billionaire paedophile Jeffrey Epstein, who she claimed trafficked her to Andrew. Prince Andrew has vehemently denied the accusations against him.

The book contains claims about Giuffre’s alleged sexual encounters with the disgraced prince, from Andrew believing it was his “birthright” to how he tried to smear her. Snippets from the book have already been released, and just days ago, Andrew agreed to give up his Duke of York title.

Andrew vehemently denies all allegations made by Ms Giuffre against him. Here are the biggest bombshell claims from the posthumous memoir so far…

‘Andrew thought sex was his birthright’

In the eagerly-awaited memoir, Ms Giuffre claims that Andrew acted ‘entitled’ as if sex with her was his ‘birthright’ . Ms Giuffre said British socialite-turned-sex trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell told her “just like Cinderella, I was going to meet a handsome prince” ahead of the first alleged incident in March 2001.

The book reads: “It was going to be a special day, she said. Just like Cinderella, I was going to meet a handsome prince! Her old friend Prince Andrew would be dining with us that night, she said, and we had lots to do to get me ready.”

She continued: “He was friendly enough, but still entitled — as if he believed having sex with me was his birthright. I took him first to a bathroom, where I drew him a hot bath. We disrobed and got in the tub, but we didn’t stay there long because the prince was eager to get to the bed. He was particularly attentive to my feet, caressing my toes and licking my arches.”

Going on to speak about the alleged sexual encounter, Ms Giuffre said: “He seemed in a rush to have intercourse. Afterward, he said thank you in his clipped British accent. In my memory, the whole thing lasted less than half an hour.”

‘Andrew’s comment about accusers age’

In another claim, Ms Giuffre claims that on the night she met Andrew he correctly guessed she was 17 saying his daughters were “just a little younger than you”.

Ms Giuffre said that she was introduced to Andrew in March 2001 while staying at Ghislaine Maxwell’s house near Hyde Park, London.

At their alleged meeting, the book says Andrew was asked to guess Ms Giuffre’s then age to which it is claimed he correctly guessed 17, adding: “My daughters are just a little younger than you.” At that time, Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie would have been 12 and 10.

‘Prince given puppet of himself in bizarre encounter’

Giuffre also recounted her second alleged sexual encounter with Prince Andrew at Epstein’s New York home, alleging that Andrew was presented with a puppet of himself by Maxwell and allegedly put his hand on the breast of another accuser, Johanna Sjoberg.

Ms Giuffre wrote : “On this night, which was probably around April 2001, Epstein greeted Prince Andrew and brought him to the living room, where Maxwell and I were sitting. Another one of their victims, Johanna Sjoberg, arrived soon afterward. As always when the prince was around, Maxwell was being a saucy flirt.

“She told Sjoberg to come with her to a closet, where she pulled out a puppet with a little tag on it that said ‘Prince Andrew.’ Maxwell then announced to the prince that she’d purchased him a joke gift, a puppet that looked just like him. She made a big show of giving it to him, then suggested we pose for a photo with it.”

Ms Giuffre said she saw “symbolism” in the use of a puppet, adding: “Johanna and I were Maxwell and Epstein’s puppets, and they were pulling the strings. The prince and I sat down next to each other on the couch, and Maxwell put the puppet in my lap, positioning one of its hands on one of my breasts. Then she put Sjoberg on the prince’s lap, and the prince put his hand on Sjoberg’s breast.

“The symbolism was impossible to ignore. Johanna and I were Maxwell and Epstein’s puppets, and they were pulling the strings. Later they sent me to a bedroom, where I had sex with the prince for a second time.”

‘Giuffre lost baby just days after orgy with Andrew and eight other girls’

Giuffre claimed in the memoir that she was pregnant and lost a baby just four days after participating in “an orgy” with the prince and “eight other girls.” Prince Andrew has strongly denied all sex claims made against him.

In the memoir, she claimed the encounter included Andrew and that the girls involved did not speak any English. She added the location was “Little Saint Jeff’s,” a nickname for Epstein’s Caribbean island Little St James. Virginia repeated allegations made in a sworn declaration in 2015 in which she said all girls involved seemed to be “under the age of 18”.

She claimed none of the men she was trafficked to wore a condom, although there is no suggestion that Andrew was the father of the unborn child.

‘Car crash interview was like an injection of jet fuel’

Elsewhere in the memoir, Ms Giuffre said Andrew’s disastrous Newsnight interview of 2019 was like an “injection of jet fuel” for her legal team as she continued to pursue legal action against the prince, and it raised the possibility of calling his former wife Sarah Ferguson, and daughters Beatrice and Eugenie as witnesses in her case.

“If we deposed the princesses, his family members could potentially poke holes in his alibi,” she wrote.

Andrew’s Newsnight interview with Emily Maitlis, which was intended to clear his name and restore his public image, spectacularly backfired when he said he “did not regret” his friendship with convicted paedophile Jeffrey Epstein, who trafficked Ms Giuffre. The infamous interview eventually led to his withdrawal from royal duties, and him being stripped of his royal titles.

‘Andrew’s team tried to recruit internet trolls’

Another bombshell claim made in the posthumous memoir by Ms Giuffre is that Andrew’s ‘team’ tried to hire “internet trolls to hassle” her.

The posthumous book, which is being published today, comes after the Metropolitan Police said it is ‘actively’ looking into claims Andrew passed her date of birth and social security number to his bodyguard in a bid to dig up dirt for a smear campaign.

Ms Giuffre alleged, which Andrew vehemently denies, that she was forced to have sex with the prince on three occasions, including when she was 17, after being trafficked by paedophile financier Jeffrey Epstein.

Andrew paid millions to Ms Giuffre to settle a civil sexual assault case, despite claiming he had no recollection of meeting her. In her book, Ms Giuffre describes how Andrew hid behind “the well-guarded gates” of Balmoral Castle, making it difficult for her lawyers to serve him with court papers.

She writes of her 2022 legal settlement with Andrew: “After casting doubt on my credibility for so long – Prince Andrew’s team had even gone so far as to try to hire internet trolls to hassle me — the Duke of York owed me a meaningful apology as well.”

She adds: “We would never get a confession, of course. That’s what settlements are designed to avoid. But we were trying for the next best thing: a general acknowledgment of what I’d been through.”

‘Giuffre wanted to use Crown’s money to do some good’

Giuffre wrote in her memoir that after receiving millions in settlement money from Prince Andrew, she wanted to use the funds to “do some good”. While she did not specify the amount of money she received in 2022, she referred to reports “that his mother, the Queen of England, had footed the bill”.

“I look forward to disseminating some of the Crown’s money to do some good,” she said. “Now that my settlement from Prince Andrew has come through, I have begun the slow process of turning my fledgling foundation, Soar, into a professionally run organisation.” Speak Out, Act, Reclaim (Soar) was Ms Giuffre’s foundation to combat human trafficking.

She added: “My goal is for Soar to combat human trafficking by supporting organisations that focus on prosecution, protection, and prevention.”

Ms Giuffre said she planned to make grants to make it easier for members of the public to detect trafficking and to support victims’ recovery.

She added that she got “more out of” Andrew than money because she had “an acknowledgement that I and many other women had been victimised and a tacit pledge to never deny it again”.

‘Gagging order’

When it came to the settlement in 2022, Ms Giuffre claims that it came with a gagging order, preventing her from talking about it.

That year was an important one for the Royal Family as it was when Andrew’s mother the late Queen marked 70 years on the throne in her Platinum Jubilee.

She said: “I agreed to a one-year gag order, which seemed important to the prince because it ensured that his mother’s Platinum Jubilee would not be tarnished any more than it already had been.”
