The Spokesperson of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Ogun Sector Command, Florence Okpe is dead.
Okpe, who had been ill for a while, passed away on Tuesday while on her annual leave at her hometown in Cross River State.
Confirming her death, the Ogun State Sector Commander, Akinwumi O Fasakin, while expressing sympathy, described the late public education officer as a hardworking, resourceful and committed staff.
Akinwumi said, “The command received with heavy heart the sad news of the demise of CRC FN Okpe from one of her family members.

“She reportedly died on 28 October 2025 in her hometown while still on annual leave.
“Until this unfortunate incident, she was the Ogun Sector Command Public Education Officer. Hardworking, resourceful and committed staff.”
The Sector Commander pointed out that details of the cause of her death is still sketchy and assured that more information would be communicated soon.
