A Nigerian woman has recounted how her toddler developed cerebral palsy after a pastor allegedly turned him upside down during a deliverance session at her husband’s church.

In a viral TikTok video by @Ekaf TV, she said the pastor claimed her son had a “big star” and needed urgent prayers, but the act left the child convulsing. Doctors later confirmed he had suffered a brain injury, leading to cerebral palsy.

The woman added that her husband abandoned them after the incident and remarried.
