The honour recognises outstanding women who have made a measurable impact in brand strategy, innovation and leadership in Nigeria’s marketing and communications industry.

Olanipekun’s inclusion follows a rigorous, data-driven evaluation by WIMCA, which assessed nominees on performance, industry influence, measurable brand growth and peer feedback. Her recognition highlights a career defined by strategic thinking, creativity and consistent results at Mouka – one of Nigeria’s leading consumer brands.

Reacting to the honour, Olanipekun said “this recognition is deeply meaningful because it reflects the teamwork and intentional effort behind every strategy we deliver at Mouka.

“Being selected through such a detailed process reinforces that consistency, creativity and collaboration truly make a difference. I’m grateful to WIMCA for celebrating women who continue to redefine our industry.”

She also commended WIMCA for creating a platform that advances gender equity and professional growth for women in marketing.
