Benin Republic come into the clash with a 5-2 aggregate victory over Sierra Leone in the previous round.
The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) are expected to release a team list for the qualifiers later this month.
The first game is set for on Friday, October 24 with the return leg on Nigerian soil set for Tuesday, October 28, 2025.
