The visit was aimed at seeking collaboration with the national broadcaster to amplify stories of hope, unity, and patriotism through NTA’s wide-reaching platforms.

Speaking during the visit, Josephine Abraham commended the NTA for its consistency in promoting national unity and projecting the image of Nigeria positively across the world. She explained that the team came to honour the DG for his “tireless efforts and unwavering commitment to strengthening Nigeria’s unity and moral values.”

“We want to partner with NTA to bring some of our Human Angel Stories to prime time television,” Abraham said. “Our goal is to use this platform to transform the country for good, reminding Nigerians that real change begins with each of us. Attitudinal change is what Nigeria truly needs right now.”

She added that their new campaign will focus on speaking directly to the people rather than the government, emphasizing that “the people are the government.” According to her, “If we don’t reach the grassroots, it will be difficult to achieve sustainable change.”

In her remarks, Ambassador Dr. Anthonia Ekpa, one of the key advocates of the initiative, expressed her deep love for the country and commended NTA for its enduring service to the nation.

“NTA is a great organisation, and we are happy to be partnering with such a patriotic institution,” she said. “I love Nigeria with all my heart. I’ve travelled around and seen that Nigerians love one another. We want to change the narrative , to remind everyone that Nigeria is wonderful and worth believing in.”

She called on all citizens to emulate the values that NTA represents and to contribute positively toward national development.

Also speaking, Prince Prosper Akeni, a renowned artist and member of the delegation, praised NTA’s contributions to nation-building and urged the organisation to continue its good work in shaping the country’s image through responsible broadcasting.

Representing the Director-General, Mrs. Kemi Fakeye, General Manager of NTA Channel 5, appreciated the delegation for the recognition and reiterated NTA’s commitment to promoting peace, progress, and good values.

“Our DG is a patriot to the core,” Fakeye said. “The entire NTA family shares his vision of building a better Nigeria. We have risen through the ranks, holding on to strong values and professionalism. The DG and management are proud of the staff who continue to uphold the good image of the country.”

She encouraged Nigerians to support initiatives that promote unity and hard work, noting that the new project by Love To The World Initiative aligns perfectly with NTA’s mission of positive national transformation.

The partnership between NTA and Love To The World Initiative is expected to birth a nationwide campaign themed around Attitudinal Change, focusing on peace, progress, and civic responsibility. The campaign aims to inspire Nigerians to rediscover their shared identity, rebuild trust, and reignite the spirit of patriotism across all strata of society.
