To her astonishment, her friend secured interview invitations almost immediately, while she has been applying for months without any response.
In her post, she said: “I sent my CV and cover letter to a friend and asked her to follow my format. She got two interviews in one week. I’m happy for her, of course, but it’s the same CV and cover letter I’ve been using for months with no luck.”
