Popular Nigerian clergyman, Prophet Chukwuemeka Ohanaemere, better known as Odumeje or Indaboski Bahose, has stirred social media with a new controversial statement regarding pregnancy and marriage.
In a recent sermon that has since gone viral, the self-styled prophet claimed it is impossible for a woman to get pregnant within the first month of marriage, insisting that conception in marriage requires at least three months of intimacy.
According to Odumeje:

It’s impossible to impregnate a woman within one month in marriage; the man will have to do the family work for at least three months. It’s only in a relationship that a woman can easily get pregnant even in one day because the devil works hard to put you in trouble during that period.”
His remarks have generated widespread reactions online, with many Nigerians expressing shock and amusement at his claims. Some social media users described the statement as “unscientific and hilarious,” while others argued that the controversial cleric was speaking metaphorically about spiritual interference in relationships.
